
Tumbling
Beginning Tumbling:
A beginning tumbling class. Tumblers will learn basic skills such as forward /backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, backbends, and more. This class also focuses on body control, muscle engagement, and safe stretching/conditioning to aid in these skills. In order to move up to Intermediate tumbling dancers must be able to go down and back up from a bridge as well as have a front limber.
Advanced Tumbling:
An advanced class working on skills like aerial cartwheels and back handsprings. In order to move up to Elite Tumbling dancers need to have both back handsprings and aerials.
Elite Tumbling:
Our highest level of tumbling working on skills from aerial cartwheels and back handsprings to front aerials and back tucks. Ages 7+
Intermediate Tumbling:
Working on tumbling technique and basics. In order to move up to Advanced tumbling dancers need to have both back and front walk overs. Ages 6+
Intermediate/Advanced
Tumbling:
A combo class working on intermediate skills like front/back walkovers all the way to advance skills like aerial cartwheels and back handsprings. In order to move up to Elite Tumbling dancers need to have both back handsprings and aerials.
Advanced/Elite
Tumbling:
Combination class of our 2 highest level of tumbling working on skills from aerial cartwheels and back handsprings to front aerials and back tucks. Ages 7+
