Twirl & Tea:
Intro To Ballet
An introductory ballet class for ages 4-6. Learning beginning ballet positions, technique, and ending the class with a fun tea party.
Ballet II:
A beginner/intermediate ballet class working on positions, skills, and technique. Ages 8+
Adult Ballet Class including Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a specialized training system designed to improve dancers' strength, alignment, and muscle memory using stability balls and resistance bands. It focuses on core stability and proper muscle activation to enhance technique and prevent injuries. , 1 hour and 25 minute class. Ages 18+
Pre-Pointe:
A mixed level pre-pointe class focusing on strength for pointe work and pointe technique. Dancers must be enrolled in a ballet class alongside this pre-pointe class and for have the ballet teachers approval before joining pre-pointe class.
Ballet I:

An intermediate/advanced ballet class working on strengthening previously learned technique and learning new skills. Ages 12+
